This is the cup of holiday cheer I can get behind: a Cranberry Patrón Margarita. Easy to make and delish for your holiday party or dinner…or just watching Love Actually.
Merry Christmas Eve! We are officially on holiday break for TWO weeks and I’m ready to jam pack as much family time as we can. Plus, Ricky is off of work until the New Year! For the holidays, I love to have a simple, go-to drink on hand that is festive and delish. This Cranberry Margarita is it!
Have you seen the holiday 1 L Patrón bottles? They are GORGEOUS! Inspired by a Mexico’s heritage of art deco design, it’s a perfect addition to your holiday bar. Did you know I studied Art History in college? I love art deco! The black and pewter label and special cork, I will be saving this bottle after we are finished. I almost don’t even want to enjoy the tequila from it!
I love how simple this cocktail is, no sugary margarita mix to take away from the smooth taste of this Patrón. Be sure to use a 100% cranberry juice, not a cocktail. Ocean Spray has a 100% Organic Cranberry juice that is delicious. A bit of orange cuts the tartness of the juice and makes this margarita so delicious.

- 4 ounces 100% Cranberry Juice Try Ocean Spray Organic
- 2 ounces Patrón Silver Tequila
- 1 ounce Triple Sec
- 8 ounces Squirt (regular or diet) You can also sub Lemon-Lime pop
- Lime & Orange Slices to garnish

Rim a large stemless wine glass with sugar and salt. Fill with ice. Add a slice of lime and orange.

In a shaker, add cranberry juice, tequila, triple sec and ice. Shake.

Pour over ice in rimmed glass. Top with Squirt. Enjoy!
