Although they’re a meal on their own, I like to also add a few other items to our dinners if we’re feeling super hungry. Here are some ideas:
- Bulk up the protein with extra grilled chicken or fish (we like to glaze with teriyaki!). Stir fried tofu is a great addition to the vegetable fried rice, Gabby always requests extra eggs to add to her rice.
- I am so pleased with how many veggies they pack into the noodles and fried rice, but more can never hurt! I like to stir fry some peppers and broccoli for a side.
- To make it feel like a genuine takeout night, make 2-3 different varieties. We love the drunken noodles with potstickers and veggie fried rice. We usually start with Egg-Drop Ramen.
