It’s quick and easy frozen yogurt time–since I’m afraid to use my ice cream maker. Simply blend up strawberries, pineapple, mango and bananas to make this delish (and quite healthy!) frozen treat. YUM!

Quick and easy NO-CHURN Tropical Frozen Yogurt. Just blend up and freeze for a delish treat with strawberries, mango, pineapple and banana. YUM! via @DashOFEvansWe are officially out of school here in the Evans house–which means SUMMER! This year, we ended later than normal (June 15!) and we’re starting WAY early (August 22!), so our summer is going to go by in a flash. I’m trying to get as much done now so I can spend time with the little ladies before the baby is born. Our family has so many changes coming up!

I can seriously eat ice cream for every meal, but I’m trying to make it only once a day. The struggle is real, my friends. When it’s hot out, is there really anything better? Frozen yogurt is a great way to get my fix, without worrying about going overboard.

We have a hand-me-down ice cream maker that I’m quite intimidated by. Every summer, I buy rock salt or whatever you need and ingredients to try it out…and I wimp out. I have no clue where my fear of this thing is stemming from! Needless to say, this is a NO-CHURN frozen yogurt–just blend it up and freeze. If you have any ice cream machine recipes you love, pass them my way. I need to try to use this machine at least once!

YUM! via @DashOFEvansYou can use so many different varieties of yogurt and mix-ins to keep this recipe fun all summer long. I cannot wait to try to make some vanilla bean with cookie dough–and Oreos! Can you tell I’m 34 weeks pregnant?!

Quick & Easy No-Churn Tropical Frozen Yogurt
Prep Time

No-Churn frozen yogurt with drool worthy tropical flavors: pineapple, strawberries, mango and banana.

Course: Dessert
Cuisine: American
Servings: 4 Dishes
Author: Dash Of Evans
Ingredients
  • 2/3 Cup Bolthouse Farms Smoothie- Strawberry Banana
  • 2/3 Cup Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Whole Frozen Banana
  • 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple & Mango Mix
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Mix until smooth.

  2. Pour into a ice cream or loaf pan. Add additional chunks of pineapple and strawberries for texture.
  3. Freeze for 5-6 hours, until firm.
  4. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before scooping.
  5. Optional: Top with toasted coconut.

Bolthouse Farms has so many varieties of their pre-made smoothies. They’re great to have on hand for a quick nutrition boost or to add for a recipe like this. The Chocolate Protein is so amazing frozen, too! I like to add mini chips to it. Aside from smoothies, their yogurt dressings are SO so good. The ranch is my go-to for dipping and salads.
