Spicy Bloody Maria

This Spicy Bloody Maria is perfect for brunch! Using Tomato + Clamato juice, plus tequila this is a delicious cocktail.

Servings: 2 Drinks
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Tomato + Clamato Juice Try V8's variety!
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon horseradish (optional)
  • 4 ounces tequila
  • 2 ounces Pepperjack cheese
  • 2 Klement's Chorizo snack sticks
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce Try Cholula!
Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add tomato and lime juice, horseradish and tequila. Shake with ice until combined.

  2. Cut Klement's snack sticks and cheese into bite sized pieces. Skewer on toothpicks for a garnish. Use longer kabob skewers for tall glasses!

  3. Pour cocktail in 2 rocks glasses, filled with ice. Shake hot sauce over top and stir. Finish with garnish skewers.
