Sheet pan Teriyaki Salmon & Broccoli

This quick and easy sheet pan meal will be ready in less than 20 minutes! The teryiaki sauce is perfect for chicken or shrimp too!

Servings: 4 People
Ingredients
  • 1 pound frozen salmon
  • 1 pound fresh broccoli chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce low sodium variety
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Grill seasoning
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425ยบ.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki and honey. Set aside.

  3. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil. Add frozen salmon filets and broccoli, tossing to coat with oil. Sprinkle with half of the grill seasoning.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip and drizzle with honey and teriyaki glaze. Bake 4-5 more minutes, until able to flake with a fork.

  5. While salmon is cooking, cook Ling Ling noodles in a skillet.

  6. Serve immediately, topping with green onions if preferred.
