With summer in full swing and softball taking up most of our nights, I am all about take-and-go sandwiches and salads. This roll-up is done in under a minute and packs tons of flavor.
If you’ve never tried Reser’s sides before, be sure to look for them in the deli section at Meijer. We’ve found this Stadium Cole Slaw to be a perfect topper for grilled hot dogs!
The Rachel Wrap is a Rueben alternative. Instead of corned beef, you use smoked turkey and Swiss, plus Thousand Island dressing. Since this slaw has some relish in it, no need for extra dressing! I like the kick from cheddar cheese, but use whatever you prefer!

Switch up your lunch with this easy Rachel Roll-Up featuring Reser's Tangy Slaw. This is quick and easy, plus it's packed with flavor. YUM!
- 1/2 pound Deli Smoked Turkey
- 1 package Reser's Stadium Slaw
- 4 slices thinly sliced Cheddar sandwich slices or cheese of choice!
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
-
Lay out the tortilla flat. Cut of the rounded edge on each vertical side. This makes the wrap easier to roll.
-
Layer the cheese (1 slice) and turkey (3-4 slices), then top with about 2 tablespoons of Reser's Stadium Cole Slaw.
-
Slowly roll up and then slice in 2 or 3 roll-ups.
A couple of weekends ago, my friend Erin, from The Epicurean Traveler, hosted a group of fellow Grand Rapids bloggers to eat and enjoy Reser’s Slaw dishes. I love that we all had unique ideas!
