Farm Rich Bakery: Simplified Breakfast Favorites

I love to cook, but I’ll be the first to tell you I cannot bake very well. Sure, I can handle cookies or banana bread, but that’s where it stops. Once, I tried to make scones and even the dog wouldn’t eat them–total hockey pucks! Donuts always look so easy, but mine turn out like flavorless sponges. You can’t say I didn’t try!

While browsing the freezer section one day, I saw the Farm Rich Bakery items and I was intrigued. I knew they were going to be delicious, since we already love the other appetizers they offer for after-school snacks and parties. Plus, there are frequent coupons available at Meijer, my local grocery store, through their digital coupon program and coupons on the Farm Rich website, too! When there’s a sale, we stock up! Now we have a few more items to add to our list from Farm Rich.

We have a monthly Saturday tradition where Ricky goes to buy donuts from the store. As it gets colder outside, it’s hard to want to go out in the snow to grab some baked goods. These are PERFECT!

They offer glazed and cinnamon-sugar donut holes, plus blueberry scones, pull-aparts and french toast sticks. You can quickly bake them up for a special treat during the week or as part of a delicious weekend breakfast with yogurt, fruit and sausage.

I was so surprised with the portion sizes in each pack. The donut holes had 35 in each package and there were 8 scones. Since they’re packaged loosely, you can bake as many as you want! For all of the non-bakers out there, these are a perfect addition to our freezer. The Farm Rich Bakery scones are one of the first ready-to eat scones available! They’re delicious with coffee, too, I might add.
