In a large bowl, add chopped salad mixes. Toss with enough dressing to cover the lettuce. Add 1/2 green onions and toss again. Set aside.
Heat the Pulled Pork until warm, as directed on package. To assemble cups, add salad mixture to the bottom of tortilla cup, top with pulled pork, then finish with sliced green onions.
Preheat an outdoor grill. Place ribs away from direct flame and cook as directed on package. Once heated through, place on cutting board. Slice into 2-3 bone sections, then poke a wooden skewer through.
