Thank you!

After a crazy couple of years, I’ve decided it’s time to step away from blogging.

*Tap Tap* Is anyone still here?! As I sit around, trying to relax this Mother’s Day, I’ve decided it’s officially time to cut the cord for this blog. After starting, InBooze, I really didn’t know what to expect. At first, I had plenty of time to keep up with the blog while the business was out of my home. Then everything picked up a bit. And then 2020 hit and everything went through the roof. In a short time span, I went from working 40ish hours a month on InBooze to 60-80 hours a week. It’s absolutely insane.

Of course, I will keep this blog around for the recipes…I honestly use it all of the time because my memory is completely gone. Ha! The response time for answering questions might be a little slow, but I will check in occasionally.

This job has offered me so many amazing opportunities. I can’t thank everyone enough for reading and growing along with me. I have met so many amazing people I call true friends from blogging as well. To be honest, it will be nice to step back and be a “normal” person again. Making food and not even thinking about sharing it has been SO nice. Since 2010, things have changed so much in the blogging, now influencer world. Since 2020, the WORLD has changed so much. I’m ready to step down and run my business!

Thank you, again!

Cheers!

Hello! Welcome to my site!

Ashleigh Evans, founder of the blog Dash of Evans and also InBooze cocktail kits. As a mom of 4, she likes to create easy meals, using a little help from the store.

I'm Ashleigh and I live in Grand Rapids, MI! I love to create recipes with bold flavors the whole family can enjoy.

As a busy mom of 4, I love to create easy, yet delicious recipes taking a little help from the store. Everything on this site is easy to find in your favorite grocery store. I am quite the bargain shopper and I can spot a clearance sticker from a mile away.

Also check out my new line of cocktail kits, InBooze, which uses dehydrated produce to infuse your booze.
