Cleaning out your pantry with me this month? This Game Day Chili Mac is a perfect addition to your meal plan!

The ultimate Game Day Chili Mac featuring Randall Beans! YUM! via @DashOfEvansThis month is the Pantry Clean-Up and I figured it would be a great time to share this recipe I created for Randall Beans. Most items are easily found in your pantry or freezer and it makes a great, filling meal in the cooler months. I can eat leftover chili for lunch all week!

I’ve been working with Randall Beans for quite a few months now. I already loved their product, but I’ve been adding beans to so many other dishes lately. I tried the Northern Beans with my smoked sausage sheet pan meal a few weeks ago–YUM. Mixed beans to soup. YUM. They’re quite versatile. My biggest draw to their brand is the twist top lid. If I need 1/2 cup of beans, I can easily put the rest in the fridge for later in the week. No more waste!

Some pantry clean-up friendly recipes I’ve shared:

  • Slow-Cooker Turkey Taco Soup
  • Chicken Sausage Soup with Beans + Lentils

The ultimate Game Day Chili Mac featuring Randall Beans! YUM! via @DashOfEvansOur house is divided. I cannot eat chili without macaroni noodles, but Ricky just doesn’t get it. He would prefer a bean and macaroni noodle free chili. Is your home the same way? As far as meat goes, I usually gravitate towards ground turkey, but any ground meat ends up delish!

This recipe happens to use both ground beef AND pork. I happened to have small amounts of both in my fridge and knew it would be perfect for chili. Although there is a little kick of heat, it’s not too hot for everyone in your family!

To make chili night more fun, I set up a toppings bar for the kids to make their own bowls. We have corn chips, cheese, sour cream, green onions and more. I love to add tons of hot sauce to mine, too! If you keep the macaroni noodles on the side, they’re better for reheating, too! No mushy noodles!
