Teriyaki Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Tai Pei to the rescue for a quick and easy dinner--or a great appetizer! Using Teriyaki Chicken, just put in a lettuce cup and add a garnish!

  • 1 container Tai Pei Teriyaki Chicken
  • 1 head iceburg lettuce Bibb lettuce works too!
  • Garnish: green onions, spicy mustard, crunchy chow mein noodles, sriracha all optional
  1. Heat Teriyaki Chicken as directed on package.

  2. Meanwhile, wash lettuce and tear into cups.

  3. To serve: put heated teriyaki chicken into lettuce cups. Garnish with green onions, sriracha or whatever you like!

Recipe Notes

To make larger portions, make additional Tai Pei entrées. My rule of thumb is 2 containers per 2 people.
