Tai Pei to the rescue for a quick and easy dinner--or a great appetizer! Using Teriyaki Chicken, just put in a lettuce cup and add a garnish!
Heat Teriyaki Chicken as directed on package.
Meanwhile, wash lettuce and tear into cups.
To serve: put heated teriyaki chicken into lettuce cups. Garnish with green onions, sriracha or whatever you like!
To make larger portions, make additional Tai Pei entrées. My rule of thumb is 2 containers per 2 people.
