Easy weeknight staple meal: Hawaiian roll sliders. This version has an Italian twist with pesto and provolone. Be sure to pick up Buddig lunch meat at your local grocery store!
Preheat the oven to 350. Coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
In a small ramekin, stir melted butter and brown sugar. Set aside.
Since the Hawaiian Rolls are usually in one block, cut in half horizontally, leaving them attached at top at bottom. Set the top half aside.
Spread Pesto and mayo on the bottom, mixing together with a knife. Top with provolone cheese.
Next, layer ham, then finish with salami. Put the top half back on.
Using a brush, coat the buns with the butter and brown sugar mix. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel spice.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Let sit for 4-5 minutes before slicing into 12 sandwiches.
