Simple recipe for chocolate shell for sundaes in a chocolate covered strawberry flavor. Perfect for an easy dessert, using only 3 ingredients!
In a mason jar, add coconut oil, chocolate chips and strawberry jam. Heat on high for 30 second increments until melted.
Pour liquid over ice cream. Will harden with the cold temperature.
To store: put in refrigerator. Reheat again when ready to use.
You can add other flavors: peanut butter, toffee, caramels...let your imagination run wild!
