Klement's Polish Sausage & Pierogies

Easy dinner idea the whole family will enjoy...it's simple with sausage, peppers and onions, plus frozen pierogies!

Servings: 4 Plates
  • 14 oz Klement's Polish Sausage cut into 1/3rds
  • 1 whole white onion thinly sliced
  • 1 whole green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp grill seasoning I love Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute
  • 16 oz frozen 4-cheese pierogies (about 12)
  • Sour cream & Applesauce for a side.
  1. In a large pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil. Allow to heat over medium-high.

  2. Add onions and peppers. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Carefully add the frozen pierogies to the pan, stirring frequently. Add the sausage to the pan. Allow to cook for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.

  4. Once the pierogies are cooked through, season pan with grill spice. Serve immediately with applesauce and sour cream.
