Light and fluffy coffee cake --a total crowd pleaser and it can't be easier to make!
Preheat the oven to 350º. Coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, add all cake ingredients. Using a hand or stand mixer, mix for 4-5 minutes, until Jell-O makes the mix fluffy.
Using a smaller bowl, combine swirl ingredients. Set aside.
Pour 1/2 of the cake batter in the bottom of the 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with half of the swirl ingredients. Repeat.
Bake 30 minutes, until golden brown.
Cut into 12 or 15 pieces. Store covered.
