Looking for a new refreshing whiskey cocktail? Try this Whiskey Ginger Twist using ginger beer, Cinzano Rosso vermouth and a dash of bitters. So refreshing and simple, perfect for your next party!

This cocktail is created in collaboration with Cinzano Vermouth and is intended for adults 21 and over. Please enjoy this drink responsibly!
In college, I used to work at a restaurant in Wisconsin that served a TON of old-fashioneds. Most people would order them sweet with brandy. By the time I was old enough to drink one, I was so intrigued by the cocktail–the muddled cherries and sugar always looked delicious.
The moment I tasted Cinzano’s Rosso Vermouth, I picked up hints of cherry and a subtle sweetness–flashed me back to drinking rounds of whiskey old-fashioneds with my friends. I knew I had to do my own play on that cocktail. Before this recipe, I’d only tasted the Cinzano’s Extra Dry Vermouth for my martinis (ah-mazing with blue cheese olives, by the way). I can’t wait to see what other drinks I can create with the Rosso variety!

Love this! I’ve been obsessed with ginger beer as well lately. My favorite is a Basil Mule with my Basil Simple Syrup. It’s light and crisp, perfect for a hot Michigan summer night ?
That sounds amazing! I have basil growing like crazy right now, I’ll have to try it! I tried a Strawberry Basil gin smash not too long ago that was TO DIE for.
It is lovely post. I like it. Thanks for sharing it with us.
