Oh my gosh, what a crazy year 2017 was. Aside from having a baby and growing personally on this blog (and starting to write for Babycenter!), everything that has happened outside of my bubble has been insane. I won’t go into the state of this nation for this cheery, celebratory post…but, wow. Just wow.
It’s very evident from looking at the numbers for the year that you all want one thing: COMFORT FOOD. Don’t you worry, I’ll bring you more favorites next year! As always, I want to thank you all for making my recipes, emailing me stories, leaving messages on Facebook…I love it all. Know that I’m always available for you! 🙂 If you happen to try one of these, or any, recipes be sure to tag #DashOfEvans on social media or my social page @DashOfEvans (FB or IG).
Happy New Year! xoxo
The recipe that almost broke my site over Christmas…. for a good reason. You all LOVE this recipe for holidays, brunches and more. It’s pretty, pretty, pretty good too! 🙂
Once the temperatures drop, this slow-cooker meal is always a huge hit on the site. Keep your eyes peeled for Buy 1, Get 1 roast deals to make this super budget friendly!
Although this is a summer favorite, this potato salad really could go well as a side for any season!
We honestly have this 2-3 times a month. It’s great with applesauce and a veggie…or with toast and a fried egg.
After the success of my Lactation Muffins, I thought I would try cookies and these are SO delish. I still make them, even though I’m no longer nursing. A great gift for a friend with a new baby, too!
Need I say more? Everyone needs a classic Chicken Noodle Soup recipe on hand for cold and flu season.
Number One request in our house for Sunday brunch. Sometimes we do Banana/Blueberry with this batter too!
Gotta love Aldi finds! This recipe uses all ingredients from Aldi…I love their turkey meatballs!
Have you tried this seasoning from Trader Joe’s? It’s sooooo addicting!
Now that I know this salad is no longer at Noodles, I am even happier I made this recipe available!
