Looking for a new way to switch up your salad? Try Tessemae’s All Natural Dressings. Also great for a meat or veggie marinade!
I’m always looking for ways to make salad or chicken more exciting. At the store, I love grab different dressings for marinades or sauces, but I tend to forget to look at the nutrition first. One bottle I had in my pantry had 35 grams of sugar in it. 35 GRAMS! In an effort to be healthier, I have started watching my nutrition labels like a hawk. Sugar is hidden EVERYWHERE.
For meal prep on Sunday, I like to chose 4-5 different marinades for chicken to grill up for lunches and dinner all week. When I heard about Tessemae’s All Natural Dressings, I had to try them! There are 25 different varieties on their website and NO ADDED SUGAR. Whew!

In 2009, The Vetter brothers, Greg, Brian, and Matt, launched the brand at their local Whole Foods Market in Annapolis, Maryland. Tessemae’s commitment to healthy eating and living is the core of their mission. They aim to provide simple, yet delicious food to consumers made with real ingredients. It’s a family company–how cool is that? Their focus is on clean, fresh dressings, marinades, and condiments with real ingredients and no preservatives–all started from their Mother’s recipe.
You can order directly from the Tessemae’s website. The dressings are also available here in Michigan at Whole Foods and Kroger in the refrigerated section! You can also keep up on Instagram + Twitter: @Tessemaes.
If you’re following the Whole 30 diet, they have a variety of options for you, too!
What’s your favorite side to make with grilled meat? Have you seen Tessemae’s dressings in a local store?
I’m seriously considering trying out this product, after reading your (kind of) review i might buy and try it. Thanks for the post!

Love their dressing! Fresh Thyme and Meijer carry some of their dressing too. I got the garlic spread for steak and my fam loved it!
Oooh, garlic spread? YUM! I am so happy that Meijer finally has it!
