I’ve always been a huge snacker. One of my favorite meals is when we do appetizers for dinner and watch movies. Dips are hands down my favorite, though!
With all great dips come great dippers. This cheesy dip can be spread into SO many different items: pretzel thins, Triscuits, Ritz crackers and, if you’re low carb, try mini pepper halves or cucumbers! I love to give people options.
La Terra Fina dips come in a few varieties, but the Spinach + Parmesan is my favorite! It’s lightened up with Greek Yogurt and it’s delish on it’s own, or as the base of my go-to cheese ball!

- 1 10 oz package of La Terra Fina Spinach + Parmesan Dip w/ Greek Yogurt
- 1 8oz brick of light cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Italian cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup bacon bits

In a big bowl, combine all ingredients, excluding bacon.

Using a spatula, mix to combine. Place dip in plastic wrap and allow to firm up in fridge for at least 20 minutes.

Put in a bowl and sprinkle with bacon bits.

Serve with crackers, pretzels, veggies or bread slices.
If you don’t have time to let this dip firm up into a ball, it’s just as delicious as a spread.

Last Sunday, my friend Erin from The Epicurean Traveler hosted local bloggers and friends for an end the season party on her ah-mazing rooftop downtown Grand Rapids.
