Easy, creamy whipped feta dip with spinach, green onions and lemon juice. Super quick and easy to make for a snack or your next party.
At least once a month, usually a rainy or snowy weekend day, we have an appetizer buffet for lunch/dinner. I like to air fry some wings or chicken tenders, whip up a few dips and sometimes, SOMETIMES, we will bake something sweet too.
This kind of meal is perfect for game days or just family time together. Also, I tend to clean out to produce chiller in the fridge, since we cut up veggies and fruit. Win-win!
Last weekend, Olivia was begging me for this dip and I realized it wasn’t even on the blog! Whaaat!? She loves to dip this with Everything Bagel pretzel thins, Maddie loves toasted bread rounds and Gabby spreads it on cucumbers.
As you can see, you really have so many dipper options. This is my go-to dip for parties since it’s SO easy and you can serve it with carbs AND veggies. For a larger crowd, you can double or triple this easily and even serve it in a rye bowl, if you’re feeling extra.
