Michigan apple season is one of my favorite times of year…and so is fall! What’s better than a comfy sweater, boots and a scarf? I love to incorporate apples into as many recipes as I can, including cocktails!
Sangria is my go-to cocktail, especially for a crowd. While I usually use red wine, I thought a sweet white would pair perfectly with the . To be honest, I like to drink Alizé on the rocks most times, it’s bold flavor is delicious.

Lately, I’ve been mixing up my sangria in a large mason jar. It’s easy to store and travel with, plus it’s a smaller batch for just 2-4 people. You can buy reusable mason jar lids right by the actual jars…they’re so handy!

Quick and easy sangria featuring white wine and Alizé Red Passion.
- 1 Cup Alizé Red Passion
- 4 ounces Apple Vodka*
- 1.5 Cups White Wine
- 1 Cup Lemon-Lime Pop
- 2 whole cinnamon sticks
- 1 Lemon, sliced for garnish
- 1 apple thinly sliced

Place all ingredients in a mason jar, including cinnamon sticks Put half of lemon slices in the jar, leaving the rest for garnish.

To serve, garnish with a lemon slice, apples and (optional) cinnamon stick.

Can store in fridge for up to 5 days.
To make apple vodka at home: In a large mason jar, add one apple, sliced, 2 cinnamon sticks and 1 lemon sliced. Allow to infuse for up to a week.
