Feeling cooped up this winter? Planning a birthday party for your kiddo? Chuck E. Cheese’s to the rescue–be sure to check out their new All You Can Play pass!

Winter break is almost over and we are going a bit stir crazy! When I got the opportunity to check out the grand re-opening at the Walker, Michigan location of Chuck E. Cheese’s (on Alpine Ave), I was so excited. Last Friday morning, I packed up the girls in the van and we went off on an adventure!
Okay, so Chuck E. Cheese’s is only 20 minutes away, but guys–LEAVING the house is an adventure with kids! Liam stayed home with Ricky, since it was prime nap-time. Plus, we’re trying to make an effort to have special dates with the kids alone with each parent. It’s a great way to create memories!
This location had a revamp with 80% new games, a light up dance floor and all new decor. It looks amazing! The All You Can Play pass is such a lifesaver as a parent, too. There are cards or wristbands (as shown above) that have a certain amount of play time connected to them. In that time frame, your kiddo can scan at the game and play as much as they can! No more dirty tokens or having to purchase more halfway through your trip.
My girls haven’t been to Chuck E. Cheese’s in a few years and I was so happy with the changes. The games are updated and having the All You Can Play band made things so easy. Note: be sure to bring a bag to hold tickets in!
If you need to stop and eat their delish pizza (which is always a MUST), you can pause your pass by scanning at a kiosk.
While the girls were eating, I stepped behind the scenes for a tour of the kitchen. Did you know that the pizza crust is made daily in house? Also the cheese is shredded and only the freshest toppings are used for their pizza. The crust is crispy, yet has a nice chew to it. The pizza was just as good as I remembered.
Aside from ordering single pizzas, you can buy passes for the All You Can Eat buffet, plus there’s a large variety of drinks to refuel with. I could barely snap a photo of the pizza before it was GONE–the girls worked up an appetite, that’s for sure!
To kick of the grand re-opening, there was a ribbon cutting and a dance party on the new light up dance floor. We also got to meet all of the characters, including Chuck E. Cheese himself!
The two hours we were there flew by and they girls are already planning their next trip. The twins are turning TEN next month and I think this would be the perfect place to celebrate. To find out rates and book a party, check out their website. After cashing out our tickets, I let the girls split them into 3, so they could all pick out something.
That pizza looks delicious … looks like a fun time overall.
